so i have a mostly unused profile for friends & networking. i ignore the guys looking for booty (it clearly states that i am in a monogamous relationship and NOT looking).

got a nice message from a guy in town for the holidays looking for like-minded friends, we eventually exchange phone numbers to text. he seems very cool, and we talk for a bit, potentially make plans to have lunch tomorrow on my break. he calls out of the blue (which i wasn’t really cool with, but whatever).

i’m instantly in dislike mode. he talks with this low, pseudo-sexy voice, and whatever. we talk about religion and whatnot, until he comes around to blake. “so…you live with your boyfriend.” (yep.) “so do you guys have an open relationship or something?” (uhhh…no. we’re monogamous. as stated on my profile.) he responds then that it says that i’m looking for “new friends,” to which i tell him that it’s correct - i’m looking for friends, not hookups, which is why i didn’t put looking for intimate relationships on the list. duh, dude. he tries to tell me that some of the questions i’ve answered were kinky, to which i tell him that i’m simply honest and found the questions entertaining. i didn’t answer them to invite people in for tea and sex.

definitely don’t think i’ll be making pals with this dud. creeper.
